1.Ordering & Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination country.

  • 2–5 business days
  • 3–7 business days

Please note that orders are shipped within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays.

The total time from order to delivery may vary based on your location and local customs clearance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

You can also check your tracking number in your account dashboard if you created an account during checkout.

We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates will be available through the courier’s tracking page linked in your shipping confirmation email.

2.Pre-order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the official release or arrival date.

Please note that the release or arrival date may vary depending on the manufacturer or distributor and is subject to change without notice.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your pre-order item is dispatched.

Pre-order and in-stock items cannot be purchased in the same order.

If you wish to purchase both, please place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

❗ Why do I need to place separate orders?

To ensure accurate shipping and inventory management, we process each order as a single shipment.

If pre-order and regular items are combined in one order, the shipment will be held until all items are available, which may cause delays in delivering in-stock items.

Placing separate orders allows us to ship available items immediately and ensures a smoother delivery experience.

Pre-order cancellations follow the same policy as regular orders:

・You may request cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order (Japan Time).

・After 3 hours or once the item has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

・We do not accept cancellations for pre-orders delayed due to manufacturer-related reasons or customs processing.

3.Order Changes & Cancellations

・Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

・Orders refused at customs due to unpaid import duties or taxes are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Repeated or abusive cancellation behavior may result in future orders being restricted or refused.

4.Product Condition & Specifications

A. Yes, all products are delivered in factory-sealed, unopened condition. We do not sell opened items, so you can purchase with confidence.

A. Each order is carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. Collectible items are securely wrapped and placed in a protective box to ensure safe delivery.

A. We use card sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap for high-value collectible cards. Orders are packaged to minimize movement and impact, keeping your items in pristine condition.
