Order Cancellation All customers (not limited to first-time buyers) may request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order (Japan Time). After 3 hours or once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Difference Between Cancellation and Return Cancellations are not accepted after shipping. However, if you would like to return the item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Customs Refusal We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds for orders refused at customs due to unpaid import duties or taxes. Thank you for your understanding.
Fraudulent or Abusive Cancellations If we detect repeated or intentionally abusive cancellations (e.g., repeated order/cancel cycles, suspected misuse of payment systems), future purchases may be restricted or denied.
