This website is operated by Omotenashi TCG. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Omotenashi TCG. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.
By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or complete a purchase.
Any new features or tools added to the store will also be subject to these Terms. The latest version is always available on this page. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updates. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.
1. Online Store Terms
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws.
You must not transmit malware, destructive code, or any other material that may interfere with the Service. A violation may result in immediate termination of access to the Service.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful and reasonable reason at any time.
You understand that your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred over various networks and changed to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this site is accurate, complete, and current. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, translation differences, or other inaccuracies may occur.
Historical information is provided for reference only. We may modify site content when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at info@omotenashitcg.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or other payment dispute, unless you reasonably believe that the transaction was unauthorized or applicable law permits you to contact your card issuer directly.
We maintain records relating to each order, including acceptance of these Terms at checkout, payment verification results, order details, customer communications, fulfillment records, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may submit relevant evidence to the payment processor, card network, or issuing bank and contest claims that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or inconsistent with the facts or these Terms.
Customers may not obtain duplicate reimbursement through both a refund from us and a chargeback or other payment dispute for the same transaction. Where permitted by applicable law, we may restrict account access or decline future orders in cases of suspected fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws or payment network rules.
5. Order Review, Cancellation, and Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to review, reject, limit, or cancel an order for lawful and reasonable reasons, including suspected fraud, payment verification issues, inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, purchase limit violations, prohibited resale activity, shipping restrictions, or other operational circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order as described.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or card issuer.
Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated on the product page, customers may request cancellation within three hours of placing an order, calculated using Japan Standard Time. Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by us and is generally unavailable after the order has been shipped or fulfillment has begun.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order. Attempts to circumvent purchase limits may result in cancellation of related orders or restrictions on future purchases.
6. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices, promotions, exchange-rate conversions, and service availability may change without notice before an order is completed.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, subject to applicable law.
The price displayed and accepted at the time the order is completed is the applicable product price for that order, except in the case of an obvious pricing or listing error. We do not provide retrospective discounts, partial refunds, or price adjustments solely because a product's market price, promotional price, or exchange rate changes after purchase.
7. Products and Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.
We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reproduce colors exactly.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
Product descriptions, photographs, included items, language, edition, and condition information shown on the applicable product page form part of the description of the product. Please review these details carefully before purchasing.
8. TCG Product Conditions and Market Price Fluctuations
Trading cards and related collectible products may have minor manufacturing or factory-related variations, including light surface marks, print lines, cutting marks, centering variations, slight warping, or minor imperfections to outer packaging or shrink wrap. These variations are not necessarily considered defects when they are consistent with the product description and do not materially affect the contents.
Single-card condition grades are based on our internal standards and do not represent or guarantee a particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other third-party grading service. Centering and minor factory imperfections may not be included in our internal condition evaluation unless otherwise stated. Please review our Condition Guidelines for Single Cards before purchasing.
Grades assigned to graded cards are determined by the applicable third-party grading company. We do not guarantee that a card will receive the same grade if it is removed from its holder or resubmitted for grading. Minor scratches or scuffs on a grading holder will not be treated as damage to the card unless otherwise stated or materially inconsistent with the product description.
For products containing randomly inserted cards or items, the specific contents, pull rates, card values, or grading results are not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
The TCG market is volatile. Product prices may rise or fall after purchase. The price accepted at checkout is final, and market-price changes alone do not qualify an order for cancellation, return, refund, or price adjustment.
Nothing in this section excludes remedies required by applicable law for counterfeit products, material misdescription, incorrect shipment, or qualifying defects.
9. Pre-Orders
Release dates and estimated shipping dates for pre-order products are based on information available at the time of listing and are not guaranteed. Manufacturers, distributors, carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties may change release dates, allocation quantities, or delivery schedules.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the entire order will generally be shipped together after all products are available, unless a separate-shipping option is expressly offered and purchased. If an order contains multiple pre-order products, shipment may be held until the product with the latest availability date is ready.
Pre-order cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation terms stated in Section 5 and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. A delay or market-price change does not automatically create a right to cancel unless required by applicable law or the delay is material and we offer cancellation.
If we are unable to supply a pre-order product because of cancellation, allocation failure, or another reason within our control, we will notify you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
10. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, account, email, and telephone information. You are responsible for promptly updating information needed to complete payment, customs clearance, delivery, or customer support.
We may use payment-verification information made available by our payment providers, including address verification, security-code results, authentication results, device or network information, and order history, to review an order for fraud and payment risk.

11. Shipping, Delivery, and Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, email address, and telephone number. Please contact us immediately if you identify an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or recipient change can be completed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs inspections, weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Carrier tracking, proof of delivery, delivery photographs, recipient signatures, and delivery scans may be used as evidence of shipment and delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please contact us promptly so that we can reasonably assist with a carrier investigation. You should also check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier where appropriate.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, an unavailable recipient, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or failure to cooperate with the carrier, we may offer reshipment after payment of applicable additional costs. If a refund is appropriate, it will generally be processed after the returned product is received and inspected and may be reduced by actual outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges, carrier fees, and other non-recoverable costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Refused Shipments
For supported countries, applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and related import fees are generally collected at checkout. For unsupported countries, exceptional charges, or assessments not included at checkout, additional amounts may be collected from the recipient by the carrier, customs authority, or local government.
Customs classifications, values, duties, taxes, inspections, and release decisions are determined under applicable law and by the relevant authorities. We do not underdeclare shipment values or mark commercial purchases as gifts.
You agree to provide information reasonably requested for customs clearance, cooperate with the carrier or customs authority, and pay any lawful charges not collected at checkout. More information is available on our Tariff and VAT Page.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned because the recipient did not pay required charges, provide required information, or complete customs procedures, any refund will be considered after the product is returned to and inspected by us. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may deduct actual outbound shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, storage charges, disposal charges, brokerage fees, and other non-recoverable costs. If the product is not returned to us, a refund may not be available, subject to applicable law.
13. Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control.
You acknowledge that access to such tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties from us. Your use of optional third-party tools is subject to the applicable provider's terms and is at your own risk.
14. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices.

15. User Comments and Submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals, reviews, or other content, you grant us permission to use that content as permitted by applicable law and any consent you provide.
You must not submit unlawful, offensive, infringing, deceptive, or misleading content or misrepresent your identity or experience.
16. Personal Information
Your submission and our processing of personal information through the site are governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Errors and Omissions
Information on this site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other matters. We may correct such errors and update information, including after an order is submitted, subject to applicable law.
If a material correction affects an order that we cannot fulfill as described, we will notify the customer and, where appropriate, offer cancellation or refund the affected amount.
18. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing intellectual property or other third-party rights
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or discrimination
- Uploading or spreading malware or destructive code
- Collecting others' personal information without authorization
- Interfering with site security, payment processing, or performance
- Using stolen payment credentials or submitting false billing, delivery, return, or dispute information
- Circumventing purchase limits, account restrictions, fraud controls, or other protective measures

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel related orders, or restrict future purchases for prohibited use, subject to applicable law.

All content on this site, including images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, layout, and original written content, is owned by or licensed to Omotenashi TCG and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such content without our express written permission or another lawful basis.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omotenashi TCG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where applicable, counterfeit products, or other non-waivable obligations.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omotenashi TCG and its affiliates from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service, material breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
22. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, epidemics, governmental action, customs delays, carrier disruption, labor disputes, utility or communications failures, and major technical disruptions.
Where reasonably possible, we will take appropriate steps to mitigate the effects and communicate material delays.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or deemed severed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
24. Termination
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or us.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, cancel pending orders where appropriate, or restrict future purchases if you materially violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or create a material fraud, payment, legal, or security risk.
Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, dispute rights, or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
25. Entire Agreement and Incorporated Policies
These Terms, together with our posted policies and product-specific disclosures presented before purchase, constitute the agreement between you and Omotenashi TCG concerning the Service and applicable purchases.
Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Condition Guidelines for Single Cards, and applicable customs disclosures are incorporated into these Terms. If a product-specific disclosure conflicts with a general provision, the more specific disclosure will apply to that product to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Where permitted by applicable law, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court, Japan.
Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, or other jurisdictions may have mandatory rights and protections under the laws applicable to them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
27. Changes to Terms
We may update or replace these Terms by posting a revised version on this website. The updated date and version will be displayed at the top of the page.
Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. The terms and policies in effect when an order is completed will generally apply to that order.
