Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a Booster Box or Single Card that you purchased from us, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

  • For Unopend Booster Boxes, Case, Deck set: A sealed and unopened Booster Box and a receipt or order confirmation demonstrating your purchase within the past 30 days.
  • For Single Cards: A photo of the card that clearly shows the defect. The defect must be a manufacturing defect, not damage caused by normal wear and tear.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
  2. Provide us with a photo of the product that clearly shows the defect.

Once we receive your request, we will inspect the card and issue a refund if the defect is covered by our policy. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the severity of the defect.

Some examples of defects that are covered by our policy:

  • A card that is missing a corner, compared to the card condition listed on the product page.
  • A card that is creased or bent, compared to the card condition listed on the product page
  • A card that has some other defect compared to the condition of the card as described on the product page.

Some examples of defects that are not covered by our policy:

  • A card that is damaged by normal wear and tear
  • A card that has been altered or modified
  • A card that is not authentic

Refund Limitations

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:
    • Incorrect orders
    • For personal reasons ( changed mind, no longer needed, etc.)
    • Items received more than 30 days after delivery
    • Items that have been used by the customer
    • Unopened products (BOX, Promo Pack, Deck set, etc.)
    • Market fluctuation reasons such as price increase/decrease
    • False declaration (declaring that an item has not been delivered even though the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered)
  • *We may automatically detect and block customers who are suspected of making malicious refund requests or cancellations.
