Return Policy
We strive to provide a safe and satisfying shopping experience for all customers.
Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective items or incorrect shipment due to our error.
Please submit your return request exclusively through the “Return Request” button on our website.
✅ Eligible Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
1.Defective items
Examples: damaged products, missing contents, or manufacturing defects.
→ Please attach clear photos showing the defect when submitting your request.
2.Incorrect items (wrong shipment)
Examples: a different product, quantity, or version than ordered.
→ Please attach photos of the received item to verify the error.
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations:
・Returns due to personal reasons (e.g. order mistake, change of mind, product image differences)
・The item has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
・Minor damage to outer packaging during shipping (when the contents are unaffected)
・More than 14 days have passed since the “Delivered” date shown on the carrier’s tracking information
・No photos provided or insufficient information to verify the issue
🔒 Fraud Prevention
All items are recorded and photographed before shipment.
If we detect any fraudulent activities, refunds will be denied and account access may be restricted.
Examples include:
・Item switching
・Intentional damage
・Malicious return attempts
In serious cases, we may report such incidents to payment providers or relevant authorities.
📦Return Procedure

Access the Return Request Page
Click the profile icon in the store menu, or go to the Return Policy or Returns page, then click on the “Return Request” button. -
Log in to Your Account
Enter your email address in the [Email] field and click [Continue]. -
Check Your Email for the Verification Code
Open the email sent from our store and copy the 6-digit verification code. -
Enter the Verification Code
Return to the online store and input the 6-digit verification code to log in. -
Select the Order You Want to Return
Click [Request Return] on the order you wish to return. -
Choose the Item(s) to Return
If your order includes multiple items, select the item(s) you want to return. -
Select a Return Reason and Add Notes (Optional)
Choose a reason for the return and, if needed, add a note to the store. -
Submit the Return Request
After confirming all details, click [Request Return] to submit your return request. -
Check Your Email for Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved and shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a shipping label. A refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
