🚚 Shipping Lead Time
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

✅ Our business days are Monday to Friday (Japan Time).
*Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays due to courier service limitations.
🚚 Shipping Fees
① Express International Shipping – Duties & Taxes Collected at Checkout
We charge $20 for shipping, which covers the courier’s customs clearance fee.
Please note: For unsupported countries, additional duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected upon delivery by local authorities.
② Small Order Express Shipping – Duties & Taxes Collected at Checkout
We charge $50 for shipping: $20 is the courier’s customs clearance fee, and $30 is a small-order handling fee. The $30 fee is waived for orders over $200.
Please note: For unsupported countries, additional duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected upon delivery by local authorities.
If the order value is below $200, shipping may be via Japan Post.
🚛 Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
- FedEx / DHL: 2–5 business days
- Japan Post: 3–7 business days
✅ All shipments include a tracking number.
🧾 About Customs Duty
Import duties, taxes, and charges (including VAT & GST) are collected at checkout.
We comply with international law and do not underdeclare item values or mark items as "gifts."
