I trust Omotenashi TCG as a legitimate seller, and I understand the damage appears to have occurred during international transit between Japan and the US. However, I am disappointed with how my two ONE PIECE Card Game BASE SHOP Limited Card Collection Vol. 1 [Factory Sealed] products were packaged.
Both arrived significantly bent/creased, as shown in my photos i sent via your email. They were shipped in a small cardboard box with little to no protective material. For collectible, factory-sealed products, more protection should have been used.I have submitted a return request and provided photos of the damage.
I am requesting two new factory-sealed replacements rather than a refund. Please also package the replacements with adequate padding and rigid protection to prevent further damage during international shipping.
I understand shipping damage can happen, but I purchased factory-sealed collectibles and would like to receive them in that condition.

Order took a few days to process but communication was good. Shipping took a while and tracking was horrible but that is not on the seller. Card was packaged great and came in safely. Will definitely order from them again.
